Reservation
Q: How can I make reservations for the tours in this website?

A: First, please fill out the required information using the inquiry form. We will contact you at the email address you provided in the form within 1-2 business days to discuss the details of your request. 

A:  Generally, we accept reservations 14 days prior to departure for simple day tours. For package tour, we need at least 1 month. And for peak season, we recommend booking it months before departure. 

Q: What types of tours can you arrange?

A:  We can create itineraries based on your requests and budget. We offer customized itineraries that include hotels, trains, buses, guides, and restaurants, tailored to your budget and preferences. 

 A: We can cater tours from 1 pax and above. There is also no maximum count for the tour. We can provide pricing tier so you can adjust pricing on your end depending on your target pax count.

A: Yes, it’s possible. Please contact us via Inquiry Form or Order Form. 

A: Yes, it’s possible for you to rent a Wi-Fi online. Please visit here and reserve the Ninja Wi-Fi. 

Q: Is there maximum number of luggage per pax?

A:  No, guests are free to bring as much luggage as they can. But we initially ask for the allowed luggage for their trip so we can adjust accordingly the size of the transportation needed by the group/guests to have a comfortable trip from the airport to the hotel. 

A: Driver/Guide will try their best to fit the luggage into the transportation.

However, please set the guests’ expectation that if they bring more, trip might be uncomfortable since luggage may need to be under their seat.  In the worst case, guests may need to rent another taxi to fit the group plus the luggage, which will be on pax account.

Q: Will there be a guide assistant during bullet train ride?

 A: Rates reflected are excluding guide assistant. Please contact us if you want to add guide assistant during your guests’ travel.

 A: We provide information and general direction as to how guests can find their designated platform. Please always refer to final confirmation for the details.

 A: No, it will be randomly assigned upon reservation. Most of the times, seats are besides each other so no need to worry if travelling with kids or with larger number of pax.

 A: Depending on availability, guests can travel in a non-reserved seat on a later train that leaves on the same day and runs through the same boarding sections as the train. However, during busy season or time, all seats are reserved, and guests cannot ride on a later time. 

Q: How much is the regular meal allowance in private tours?

 A: We set $20/pax for lunch and $26/pax for dinner.

 A: Yes, you can. We may require additional service fee for arranging exact requested menu daily.

 A: Yes, they are. We always ask for any food allergies or restrictions due to diet or religion prior to reservation and cater any additional information along the way. However, if tour is within less than a month and drastic changes were requested resulting to a need to change restaurant, cancellation fee will apply on top of the total package tour.

 A:

  • Breakfast – usually buffet and depends on hotel menu, may include mix of continental and English menu.
  • Lunch – bento/set meal with rice, local main dish, local side dishes, and tea/drink. Nearby tourist spot to visit on tour day.
  • Dinner – usually course meal with rice, main dish, side dish, salad, soup, and tea/drink.  If with availability, eat-all-you-can shabu-shabu/yakiniku.

 A: This depends on hotel safety regulations. Most hotels do not allow takeout food due to their restaurant operation’s schedule. We highly recommend guests to buy their own at a nearby convenience store or at the airport. Please advise us immediately for flight details.

A: Since this is already reserved, this will be non-refundable already and considered cancelled tour. Guide will ask for additional fee from guests on the day for the cancellation fee if restaurant requires.

 A: There is a fixed schedule, and guests are only allowed within the set schedule.

Q: When and how can I pay for a tour fare?

A: Please make the payment via bank transfer. Credit cards cannot be used.

A: 30-50% down payment is required to block rooms within 2 weeks after tour booking. The remaining balance should be fully paid at least 31 days before the tour.  However, this may vary depending on the departure date and service, so please contact reservation staff for details. 

Q: How can I cancel my reservation for the tour which I booked in advance? What about its cancellation fee?

A: You can cancel your reservation by sending us an email.

Please refer to the invoice for the cancellation policy. Cancellation fee will be based on the day the request was made and will be applied according to the reflected cancellation policy in the invoice, including a decrease in the number of participants, departure dates etc. 

A: For refund, it will be refunded to your choice of bank account and bank charges may apply. Please be guided that it may take from 2 weeks to 1 month because we also have to follow our accounting process.
